"Tracie Made Finding Our Dream Home In Today's Competitive Market Possible."

She was with us every step of the way, always available to answer questions and educate us on the homebuying process. We were first time homebuyers and had a lot of questions. Tracie was very patient and showed us many homes around the San Gabriel Valley. We decided to purchase a condo as our starter home. After about a few months of searching, we were able to find the right home. Her exceptional local market knowledge and negotiation skills were invaluable. She was able to get us a home under asking in today's market and was also able to negotiate some repair credits for us. Tracie was always responsive, no matter the time, providing constant support and making sure we never felt alone in the journey. Her thorough explanations and patience empowered us to make the right decisions. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home. We thought purchasing a home would be stressful, but with Tracie's guidance, she was able to make it fun and stress-free for us.

"If You're Looking For a Buyer's AND/OR Seller's Agent In The Home Buying/ Home Selling Process, I Highly Suggest You To Work With Tracie."

She was very helpful and very diligent in her communications and was available for our many questions. Throughout this long journey, she was always encouraging and helpful. Whether you're looking to sell or buy a home, I strongly encourage you to go with Tracie as your buyer and seller agent!

"Tracie Was So Helpful And Organized Throughout My First Home Buying Journey."

It was my first time buying a house, and I got her out of pure luck, as I was connected to her via Zillow when I wanted to see a property. I was working with another agent at that time and was frustrated, and I instantly liked Tracie better. On our first meeting, she brought all of the introductory paperwork and had all the schedules neatly organized and printed. I loved how punctual and responsive she was! She was also very patient overall, and understood that this was a very serious decision for me and my family, and was not hesitant to show us more houses and answer any questions I had. If she did not know the answer, she always tried to get in contact who can answer the question. She will respond back within minutes regardless the time and will prioritize you and check up on how you’re doing. I did buy a new construction so there was nothing to negotiate, but she has great relationships with a lot of other agents / lenders, and will be very helpful and resourceful. Overall, she went above and beyond, always kept in check, and did everything to help, expedite the process, and made sure everything was good. I loved how she even brought us a little gift basket after I finally got my keys! It was the first housewarming gift and was very meaningful. I would recommend Tracie to anyone without hesitation and know that she will take care of her clients with utmost care, and you would be lucky to have her as your agent!
